We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
